We can take care of all the landlord's tasks, including collecting rent, handling tenancy renewals and rent reviews. We also make sure that maintenance and any repairs are carried out efficiently and are fully conversant with all legislation that may affect your property like gas and electricity safety checks and certification.

Our services include:

Advertising and marketing the property extensively in order to obtain the higher rental income.
Obtaining prospective tenant's references.
Preparing schedules of condition and full inventories at the commencement of tenancy.
Preparation and signing of tenancy agreements, collection of rent and of security deposits.
Arranging of routine maintenance, and regular inspections of your property for the duration of tenancy.
Paying bills like service charges and other outgoings.
Sending monthly statement to landlords and paying promptly net rents to their bank accounts.
Consulting landlords before paying any sum in excess of £100.00

For all the above services we charge 10% on the gross rental income plus any incurred expenses.
